Sahl-Hasheesh, Red Sea Egypt
El Andelous on Sahl Hasheesh Egypt is a new resort consisting of a mixture of self catering apartments and hotel complexes. The development is not yet fully complete, although there are already some shops open and Fantini's restaurant, with more planned to open throughout 2010 and for that reason the prices we can offer for letting our apartment is very competitive for 2010.
El Andalous is situated to the east of Sahl Hasheesh, opposite the near and impressive pier. It is very close to the hotel Pyramisa. There are sports facilities at Pyramisa, including Pirates Diving, wind surfing, horse riding and camel riding.
At the western end of Sahl Hasheesh is the Hotel called Old Palace. This also has windsurfing, and other water sports activities. It also has massage facilities. Next to Old Palace is the self catering apartments of Palm Beach Piazza. This is where Fantini's is located. A restaurant and pizza restaurant should be complete at El Andalous in early 2010.
In time Sahl Hasheesh is designed to be the premier resort in the Red Sea. At the present time it is a very quiet and peaceful place without crowds. A El Andalous itself you have two swimming pools and are right by the beach.
The Red Sea is a seawater inlet of the Indian Ocean, lying between Africa and Asia. There are also extensive shallow shelves, noted for their marine life and corals. The sea is the habitat of over 1,000 invertebrate species, and 200 soft and hard corals. It is the world's northernmost tropical sea.
The Pirates Dive Centre is conveniently close for the divers. The shore diving from Pirates includes the 'Sunken City', a reproduction Phaeronic city underwater, making a delightful dive and, along with the magnificant pier, these structures attract marine life.
For many, diving will be the main attraction for visiting El Andelous and our apartment is perfect for this purpose. As a diver myself I am accutely aware of the importance of being able to access quality diving support and having a variety of diving venues. El Andelous is destined to become a major dive centre.
Our apartment 125 El Andalous has two twin bedrooms with cupboards, dressing tables. and bedside tables. There is a fully kitted kitchen area, complete with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and kitchenware. There is a six seater dining table and the lounge includes a settee (convertible to a bed), two sofas, footstool, dressing mirror, Satellite TV, DVD. |
